Dr. Daniel is an exceptional vet! He works on the horses that I manage and every experience with him is great. Dr. Daniel is so knowledgeable and talks through all the options and pros and cons of various treatment options.

Dr. Daniel and his team provide top notch care. They are excellent at what they do and always put the care of the horse first. Both my horses have been seen by Dr. Daniel over the years and he has always provided amazing treatment plans, options, and recommendations. Dr. Birkhold and the whole team at Daniel Equine are the best. With a horse that has had more than his fair share of problems I always find them to be very attentive and never rushing me. They listen to my concerns and are willing to try new therapies because I ask them to. I do a lot of research and holistic therapies and treatment with my horse and really appreciate not being treated as inferior or unknowledgeable.

There are many good horse veterinarians in our area but they often lack a good "bedside manner." Both Dr D and Dr B at Daniel Equine take the time to listen, clearly explain in depth about an illness or unsoundness and can alleviate any uncertainty you may have about the treatment or care of your precious horse. If you have an emergency situation they respond quickly and empathetically. Dr Daniel's surgical background also comes in handy when you need a beautiful, expertly done stitch or two!
